…coming this summer, we will be implementing the SwiftReach customer Alert system, which will allow us at Fawn Frazer Joint Water Authority, to alert you of scheduled outages, water breaks, or any other interruptions in your water service. We will be able to send phone calls, texts, or emails out to customers in a more centralized location – in the affected area. We also update the website and also try to update the phone message at the office when these things occur, but with this system in place, we can keep you updated more easily!
