WE NOW HAVE MANY OPTIONS FOR OUR CUSTOMERS TO PAY!!

…by Mail, the Drop-Box at the office address, at FNB Bank (Natrona Heights branch only)
and ONLINE on the Web. Setup recurring payments – or just a one time Quick-Pay!

REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT:
Did you know… you can REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT without having to make a payment.
Registering your account allows you to see your account history, payments due, when payments were made and much more! You can update an email address and check your account contact information.

RECURRING PAYMENTS:
Recurring payments are automatically deducted on the 10th of each month
Once you register your account online, you can setup RECURRING PAYMENTS!
Note: You must use your DEBIT Banking card (connected to your checking account) or a Credit Card for Recurring payment methods.
*At this time you cannot use your e-check (routing/bank acct #) for recurring payments. sorry…

QUICK PAY Payment:
You can use a credit card, bank card, or your checking acct. by “e-check
Your account will update immediately and your payment is processed.

FIRST NATIONAL BANK – inside with the Tellers!
FNB BANK – Union Ave., Natrona Heights PA – the bank will accept Checks and Money Orders, but no cash – unless you belong to FNB. Cash can be converted into a money order at the post office, which is right next door to the bank.
LET THE TELLER KNOW YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER OR YOUR FFJWA SERVICE ADDRESS.
The bank will then send FFJWA a deposit receipt along with your account coupon for us to update your account in our FFJWA system. Please allow 2-3 days for processing your payment.

Online Bill Pay – through your own local bank:
Payments sent through your own personal bank. These payments sometimes take longer to get to us, which then takes longer to process. Please allow a few days after the bank check is received for processing and updating your account.

Cash, Checks or Money Order: All are accepted in the office drop box.
Money Orders and Checks are accepted at First National Bank for customer payments, but cash payments must be converted over to a money order (available at at the post office next door if needed) for FNB to accept our customer payments.
